At UGROU, we offer local and national shipping for our physical products. Our shipping policy for both options is detailed below:

Local shipping:

UGROU offers local shipping to the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase and will vary depending on the weight and size of the product.

The delivery time will be from 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. (depending if it is in stock)

In the event that the customer wishes to pick up the product at our office, they can do so at no additional cost. (we don’t have an office)

Domestic Shipping:

UGROU offers shipping to all of Mexico through courier services.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase and will vary depending on the weight and size of the product, as well as the delivery address.

The delivery time will be from 3 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

The customer must provide a complete and valid address for the delivery of the product. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, UGROU is not responsible for the delivery.

Customs costs and taxes will be borne by the customer in case of international shipments.
