For physical products, our return policy is as follows:

The customer can return the product within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

10. The product must be in perfect condition, with a label and original packaging.

11. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

12.Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the amount paid will be refunded.
